Babu Tale was arrested\u00a0on Tuesday May 22nd and presented in court at 3 pm. The case was postponed because the registrar of the court was not present.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday morning Babu Tale was once again presented in court but the judge who issued his arrest warrant was not present in court. He spent a second night in jail because of the mishap.<\/p>\n

Diamond manager found himself on the wrong side of the law after he failed to obey orders by\u00a0Judge Agustine Shangwa issued on February 18th 2016.<\/p>\n

The judge ordered Babu Tale and his brother\u00a0Iddi Tale Tale to\u00a0pay a fine of Tsh 250 million or Kes 11 million to a Muslim motivational speaker Sheikh Mbonde.<\/p>\n

The two brothers were\u00a0found guilty of cashing in from the religious leader works without his consent.\u00a0Babu Tale had been ignoring the court\u2019s ruling until last Tuesday when he was arrested.<\/p>\n

Sheikh Mbonde filed the case against Babu Tale and his brother in 2013. He claimed\u00a0he entered into an agreement with Tip Top Company (owned by Babu Tale and his brother) to use his work for domestic use, but the Tale brothers disobeyed the rules of engagement and went ahead to make some cash out it without his consent.<\/p>\n
