She\u2019s sassy, charming and blessed with the voice of a million cooing nightingales and if her latest single ‘Attention’ is anything to go by, it won\u2019t be long before she is the biggest buzz in the city.<\/p>\n
Natella says that she draws her musical inspiration from Nigeria\u2019s Seyi Shay, the svelte-figured star behind the smash hit \u2018Murda\u2019.<\/p>\n
Locally, the velvet-voiced crooner draws her inspiration from the richly-talented Dela Maranga.<\/p>\n
And hiow did she end up with this little sexy name Natella?<\/p>\n
“The name Natella came from a book that we used to act called Caucasian Chalk Circle. Normally I played the part of the lady called Natella and so my friends started calling me that and it stuck till date\u2026” she says.<\/p>\n
On her new song “Attention” , the ravishing 21-year old says that she wrote the song based on her personal experiences with a lover that didn\u2019t pay her the attention she deserved. And what a bum was he!<\/p>\n
The vastly-gifted damsel says she started singing since she was a little girl in primary school and later in the School Choirs. Now, she does urban contemporary music and we are sorry to announce that the likes of Nandy from Tanzania and Phy from Kenya should watch out for this startling talent.<\/p>\n
