Hamisa Mobetto is moving to court to seek legal action against her baby daddy Diamond Platnumz who lashed out at her for using witchcraft.<\/p>\n

Diamond publicly blasted Hamisa Mobetto for using witchcraft to lure him into marriage. The \u2018Nibebe\u2019 hit maker responded after a voice note of a secret recordings of Hamisa consulting a witchdoctor leaked online.<\/p>\n

“Unapotaka kwenda kwa mganga uniroge mimi, na mamangu na familia yangu, unaonekana wewe haushindwi kumuua hata mamangu kama unawaza eti mimi nikupe nyumba sijui nikupe nini. Voice note zinatambaa tambaa, mimi pia nilitumiwa hiyo voice note. Ninazo halafu unajua unasikia kitu ambacho unajua huyu ni yeye,” said Diamond in an interview with Wasafi TV.<\/p>\n

A source close to Hamisa told Global Publishers that Hamisa didn’t directly respond to Diamond because she was preparing to take legal action, she maintains that she is not the person in the leaked voice note.<\/p>\n

Hamisa is suing her baby daddy\u00a0for defamation of character.\u00a0The source said that the person who leaked the voice note has been identified, adding that Diamond too is being sued because he suggested the voice in the audio was Hamisa’s.<\/p>\n

Hamisa has sued Diamond before, in October 2017 she moved to court to seek an order to compel her baby daddy to pay\u00a0child support of her desired amount.<\/p>\n
