In June last year, Justice John Mativo ordered that he be paid the full sum.<\/p>\n<p>He moved to High Court to seek an order to compel Baringo county government to pay him the full amount after they failed to heed the ruling of the lower court. Kipkorir wants his money within five days.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I acted for the county in the case until a judgement was given in their (Baringo\u2019s) favour.
