Diamond Platnumz was forced to come out to set the record straight after he was accused of neglecting ailing singer Hawa whom he collaborated with years ago.<\/p>\n

Diamond featured Hawa in a 2011 hit song ‘Nitarejea’, they starred as man and wife in the music video. Hawa\u00a0never released another song after the collabo with Diamond.<\/p>\n

She took to heavy drinking out of frustration of failing as a musician. Hawa’s\u00a0healthy subsequently deteriorated and she as since been asking for help to facilitate her treatment in India.<\/p>\n

Help finally comes<\/h5>\n

Diamond come out to reveal he is facilitating Hawa’s trip to India for medical treatment after he was accused of neglecting her plea for help.<\/p>\n

The ‘Katika’ hit maker\u00a0revealed that it will cost him Tsh50 million (Sh2.2 million) to have Hawa flown to India for specialized treatment for a liver ailment.<\/p>\n

“Niko namshughulikia now kwenda India kutibiwa. Ila sikutaka kutangaza coz staki watu wachukulie msaada wangu ni kiki. But kwa kuwa maswali yamekuwa mengi juu yake, imebidi nijibu,” Diamond said.<\/p>\n
