He was living in the house of the second accused. driving the second accused\u2019s car, with no known source of income since 2017 when he provided security for some Jubilee politicians,\u201d said\u00a0Wakiaga.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Bail<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-86537\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/irungu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/irungu.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/irungu-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On Twitter, Kipkorir responded to\u00a0Justice Wakiaga&#8217;s ruling insisting he failed the ultimate pillars that make a good judge.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Have read the full ruling of Justice James Wakiaga. With tremendous deference to him, he went beyond the threshold on rulings for Bail. He seems to believe Jowie Irungu is guilty &amp; Jackie Maribe innocent. A Judge must be Courteous, Wise, Sober &amp; Impartial. The Judge failed all,&#8221; he tweeted.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The court&#8217;s decision saw Maribe released on KSh 2 million bail while Jowie was denied bail.
