Singer Nyota Ndogo was come out to blame his recent weight gain.. and belly, for misleading her fans that she’s pregnant.<\/p>\n

The singer in an interview with Edaily revealed that she was shocked after rumors indicating that she might be heavy with a baby reached her.<\/p>\n

She vehemently denied this saying that she’s only added weight.<\/p>\n

“I am shocked by reports I am reading online claiming that i am pregnant. No, i am not expecting any baby. I have added body weight; and for a very long time, my belly has always been big. Maybe those reporters derived their conclusion from a picture I had posted online,” said the singer who is married to a\u00a0Danish man, Henning Nielsen.<\/em><\/p>\n

According to Ndogo, the journalist who ran the story was misled a lot of people and should have at least reach her for a comment before publishing the story.<\/p>\n

She also said the story challenged her to hit the gym.<\/p>\n

“Nonetheless, they should have called me to verify such allegations before publishing unsubstantiated reports. It speaks volumes of how they source their stories. Should we believe everything the media writes? You know better. Anyway, i feel challenged to hit the gym so that i can reduce my body weight,” she added.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
