There has been endless debate whether Paul Radido aka Willy Paul is still\na gospel artist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Willy Paul ventured into music, he released his first song Sitolia<\/em> which he featured Gloria Muliro.\nThe song touched the hearts of many Kenyans due to the well composed and\ninspirational lyrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sitolia <\/em>was more inspirational than some of the sermons we hear\nfrom the so called daddy and mummy pastors. Listening to Sitolia in a Sunday\nmorning put you in the right mood of worshipping God. Willy Paul sung his heart\nout in the massive hit that brought him to the industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he was releasing Sitolia<\/em>,\nhe was struggling with life in the slums of Mathare. Perhaps the hard life in\nMathare is what inspired him to come up with the song which basically means\nthat \u201cI will not cry since God is on my side\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 After Sitolia, Willy Pozze, as he is commonly known, released other gospel songs that topped charts like Mamangu<\/em>, You Never Know<\/em> just to name a few  and he became a darling of many Kenyans. He won the coveted Groove Awards and headlined all major gospel shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Willy Paul continued pursuing his thriving music career and getting\nmore money, scandals started following him. He became a major headline in the\ntabloids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first major scandal was when he was allegedly caught up having sex\nwith socialite Pendo at KICC basement parking during Kisima Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After his sex scandal with Pendo, more scandals followed. From sleeping\nwith different ladies, fighting over a married woman to neglecting his own\nmother after getting fame and money, Pozze became the new king of scandals in\ntown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also changed his style of music from content based gospel songs that uplifted\nthe souls of millions of Kenyans to bubble-gum club bangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These days, he has specialized in love songs and rarely sings anything that preaches righteousness. There\u2019s nothing wrong with singing love songs but there\u2019s something we have observed on his Instagram page that might send clear signals that Pozze has become a full blown secular artist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is posting videos of ladies twerking to his new song with Nandy\ndubbed Hallelujah<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are not against Willy Paul singing love songs because God is love.\nBut posting videos of ladies twerking their derrieres  to his songs is a clear indication that he is\nno longer the God fearing Pozze we knew of when he ventured into music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps he should just come out and declare himself a secular artist instead of taking Kenyans round in circles and hiding under the gospel tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infact, Pozze is one of the best Kenyan secular artists we have around. Let him just declare that he is no longer a gospel artist and no one will ever question him even if he parades his half-naked body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are the videos of ladies twerking to his new song with Nandy  that he posted on his official Instagram page. What do you think? Is this a sign that Pozze has crossed over to secular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is he sending out a coded message to those who keep on asking whether he still is a gospel artist that they should just see the stuff he is posting on his IG page and come up with an answer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Pozze is parading ladies twerking their derrieres to his new song with Nandy and still considers himself a gospel artist, the gospel industry in Kenya then needs serious prayers and if prayers won’t work, let’s fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
