Lobby Group Drops Case Against Sheila Mwanyigha’s Public ‘Nudity’

Vaseline has been receiving a lot of heart ache following The Consumer Federation of Kenya (Cofek) decision to sue them for their ‘immoral’ billboard.Which billboard am I talking about? I am referring to the Vaseline advert where Sheila Mwanyigha poses naked but hides all the fun bits.

It is said that Cofek ran to court following a public hubbub over the Vaseline billboards in parts of Nairobi. The lobby group wanted the billboard pulled down because they felt that it was not only a distraction to motorists but also eroded morals as it contained 90% nudity!
