Maps Maponyane announces recipient of bursary

Media personality Maps Maponyane recently took to social media to announce the recipient of the 2018 Maps Maponyane bursary.

Early this year, he had said he would be awarding a deserving student with a bursary valued at R75,000. This is  to cover their full tuition for one year. He did this in collaboration with Pearson Institute of Higher Education.

Molinah Nkomo, the recipient will now be able to complete her studies courtesy of Maps Maponyane.

”One day when my time is up in this complex and beautiful thing we call life, it’s moments like these that will forever feature in my highlights reel, ” Maps captioned a snap of himself and a beaming Molinah.

“Yesterday I got to meet the 2018 recipient of the ‘Maps Maponyane Bursary’ with Pearson Institute, Molinah Nkomo, studying a BSC Biomedicine. The rest of her tuition and additional needs will now be fully taken care of.”
