Maskandi legend Phuzekhemesi Mnyandu to face murder charge

Phuzekhemesi Mnyandu who allegedly shot a band member, will face a murder charge. This is after the band member later died in hospital.

He had initially been charged with attempted murder. He is currently out on R3, 000 bail.

Once Phuzekhemesi appears in court on February 15th ,he face the murder charge.

“Phuzekhemisi will face a murder charge since the victim died after he got bail.”

He is said to have shot a band member in the stomach, chest and leg during an argument. This happened on December 9th.

Phuzekhemesi has released more than 25 albums and toured the world. He became famous after releasing Imbizo with his late brother, Khethani.

He is also known for churning out maskandi tunes with controversial lyrics.
