Miss Kenya Makes Her Country Proud At The Miss World Finals
Miss World Kenya Idah Nguma recently left the country to represent us at the Miss World Finals in London where it all began 63 years ago.
The events begun from 20th November and the Grand Final will go down on 14th December. On that day, out of the 125 women in the competition only one will be chosen to take the crown from Miss World 2014 Megan Young.
On November 30th, the Miss World’s Beauty with a Purpose Gala Dinner went down in London. Beauty with a Purpose is a special annual award programme that recognises the Miss World contestant who has made a real difference in their country through charitable works.
This year, the top 10 projects of 2014 were announced and Kenya made the cut:
