This is owing to their claims which holds that the singer does not take care of his kids.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, after news broke that Chris Brown&#8217;s baby mama, Nia Guzman was dragging him to court, Binta siezed the chance to drag her baby daddy. Sharing a screenshot of the news, the lady who has the hashtag baby mama on her bio, wrote:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>I\u2019m not trying to bring her down but Damn Can I just swap baby daddy with her???? if only my child\u2019s father treated my son the way he treats her daughter and payed half of the amount she\u2019s getting in child support ?\u200d\u2640\ufe0f I am a single mom, I work my ass off and I pay for everything, imagine if someone was paying for my son\u2019s school fees, nanny, and paying the bills boo boo let me just stop right here\u2026<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Binta Diallo and Shola Ogudugu joins forces to drag Wizkid.<\/h3>\n<p>Seeing this, Shola who birthed the singer&#8217;s first son, Boluwatife, also took to the comments section to bash the singer. According to her, the singer should be advised to pay his sons&#8217; school fees before building schools for the masses.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Someone should advise their fav to start paying his children\u2019s school fees first before building schools for the masses\u2026\u201d (in reference tin Wizkid\u2019s announcement that he intends to build schools across Africa).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bellanaija.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Wizkid-and-Fatoumata-Binto-Diallo-4.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yesterday being Monday, Binta Diallo went further to share legal documents of Wizkid&#8217;s child support agreement. Nothing that she agreed to settle out of court after pleas from the singer&#8217;s family members, she revealed that he has not kept to the agreement. Seven months down the line, the singer&#8217;s lawyers keep saying they&#8217;ve not been able to reach him, she added.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>This is some of the agreements\/settlements that was provided by both of our lawyers which was supposed to be resolved outside court by February 2018. I didn\u2019t sue him or take the case to court because some of his family members begged not to and said that wiz himself want to settle everything with the lawyers without involving the courts because he didn\u2019t want to get in trouble with immigration. So I listened and accepted that deal and gave him a chance to do the right thing.
