In an interview with Sunday Scoop, actor, OC Ukeje talked about how he has been able to handle his marriage despite the long distance.<\/p>\n
Talking about his debut in music, the Box Office winner said it wasn’t a planned move. He however stated that he has always been a singer even before he became an actor. Excerpts below.<\/p>\n
\u201cMarriage has been interesting. We have been able to make the long distance work. I have also learnt a lot in the process and this has made me a happy man and I intend for it to stay that way. \u201cAs an adult, you make choices and you must have thought about them, especially something like marriage. So, I don\u2019t think I made a wrong choice on any front. Marriage has more to do with the individual. Marriage is about understanding, making compromises and companionship. And I don\u2019t think that I have ever mentioned that my wife doesn\u2019t understand my job.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
On his music debut, he said:<\/h3>\n
\u201cI guess you can say that this is my debut as a singer. I used to be in different music groups from secondary school days till after university and most of our gigs were in churches and concerts. I don\u2019t intend for it to be a one-off thing. I love that people have accepted this song and they love it. This has given me the extra push and motivation to continue making more beautiful music.
