He stated that working smart is more productive than hardwork as hardwork doesn&#8217;t guarantee success.<\/p>\n<p>He hardworking used bricklayers, carpenters, doctors and actors as example stating that they will be the richest if hardword is the only criteriun.<\/p>\n<h3>His post below&#8230;<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/11\/RMD.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1820\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2017\/11\/RMD-300x191.png\" alt=\"Richard Mofe Damijo\" width=\"300\" height=\"191\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Recently, I heard a rather interesting argument that asking God for money or say a house is stupid and an utter waste of your time and God\u2019s own as well. The person who shared this thought went on to argue that all you need is hard work.<a name=\"m_-7349926650664603238_more\"><\/a>\u00a0Work hard and you\u2019ll make money, work hard and you\u2019ll get the house you so rightly desire and I\u2019m sitting there like \u201chmmmm\u2026\u201d. Hmmmm\u2026 because if hard work is all we need to make it in life then trust me, the hardest working bricklayers, carpenters, doctors, even actors would be the richest people alive. Now, do NOT get me wrong, I totally get the argument but that singular narrative is faulty because there\u2019s a difference between working hard and working smart.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I have a group of young people who are under my employment and mentorship and they are mostly a committed, hardworking bunch, however, there are weeks that they come in early, close late and achieve little, so I sat with them and shared the wisdom of working smarter than you work harder. Working smart is a topic for another day so I do not lose my line of discuss.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I am a firm believer in hard work and \u201csmart work\u201d as I am of God\u2019s grace. There are two men who work as hard and as smart as the other but there is only one who gets ahead farther than the other because of the grace of God on his life.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The grace factor is the one that turns your little to much and brings you all round favour. It is the transcendent life that elevates you and even you know that it can only be God.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>So yes, please work hard, work smart and also keep asking God for grace so that you can be counted amongst those written about in Rom\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">9:15<\/span><\/span>\u00a0where the bible says \u201c\u2026I (God) will have mercy on whom I will have mercy and compassion on whom I will have compassion\u201d.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>It\u2019s a new week, go elevate and #DoBiggerThingsNG #RMDSaysSo #ElevateWithRMD #GalaxyNote8NG<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nollywood&#8217;s finest grandpa always have fertile words of wisdom.
