Thinking that was the worst, she got to Lagos to meet money hungry customs officers.<\/p>\n<h3>How customs tried to extort Kemi Adetigba.<\/h3>\n<p>Narrating her ordeal, Kemi Adetigba noted how the officers had asked her to show receipt for a personal used item. Afterwards, they asked for that of a perfume she had bought as a gift for a friend. Noting that a male friend was with her all along, she revealed that her exchange with the officers wasn&#8217;t without a bit of misogyny.<\/p>\n<p>A certain officer identified as Eni. O refused to talk to her about her own property, she said. He however, insisted on talking to her friend all along.<\/p>\n<p>They were eventually left to go when the officer noticed that she had taken down his name.
