The House on the hill harbors Kenya’s most powerful man and by all means it is also one of the most protected area in the country so to see someone like Jaguar walking aimlessly in State House can only depict how close the musician is to the commander-in-chief.

The official Kenyan presidential residence is a place where even taking photographs is prohibited; protected by the elite police it is very hard to even find a blind spot in State House. But this musician Jaguar has all the access to State House; access I would say it’s one which is only granted to those individuals in a very close circuit with the president himself.

Jaguar was not only taking a walk in State House; he was also having a chit chat with the second in command, the grand hustler himself William Ruto.
