Octopizzo on his ‘anti election violence’ grind

Octopizzo and kenya’s songbird, Anto Neo Soul just recently released their collaborative track, ‘toboa’ which reflects back to the 2007 post election violence with aim of educating the youths on the destructive nature of tribalism.

You have to hand it to them. That track sure is deep and really gets you thinking right about this coming election, after all, that was its main aim, right?

That was not where Octopizzo was planning to stop in his pursuit of peace among the youths. What better way to promote and push his message further than through his clothing line? That’s right! Octo has just unleashed yet another design off his ‘Namba Nane’ clothing line.

The new t-shirts bare the label ‘NO H8’ (meaning ‘no hate’, for those old folks out there). With these t-shirts, Octopizzo hopes to reach through to the youths, who are the majority population of the country, to avoid any form of violence during this coming election period.
