The last year has seen a considerable number of radio veterans retire from radio .
Those that have retired in the last year include Ciku Muiruri, Caroline Mutoko, Angela Angwenyi and now DNG has hang up his mike.
The Number One Hypeman speaking to Word Is revealed that he left radio “for career growth and personal development”. Adding that “My time has come to hang the boots. I have had a great run since 2008 and I have loved every bit of it. I have honed my communication and oratory skills, interacted with the who-is-who, and built great networks. I want to pursue new opportunities.
