Sometimes in 2003, Prezzo made a statement when he made a sensational grand entrance flying a chopper from Wilson airport to Carnivore for the now defunct Chaguo La Teeniez award.

Last Saturday Akothee followed in the footsteps of CMB Prezzo and also flew a chopper from Wilson airport to the Carnivore, a distance of only a few meters, to attend Luo Festival.

Even Luo kingpin Raila Odinga didn’t make a thunderous entrance like Akothee when he turned up for Luo Festival.

Kenya’s arguably richest singer stole the show for a moment as members of the press bolted to capture photos of her grand entrance at Carnivore grounds.
