Photo Gallery: Jemedari Reads Poetry For Martha Karua

On Tuesday this week, Martha Karua launched her Secretariat at the party headquarters in Hurlingham. The Gichugu MP and former Minister is in the running for Presidency in the next elections. The event was attended by celebrities, including emcee Big Kev, musician Amani and even a poetry reading by Jemedari.

The conscious rapper has also been volunteering for Ms. Karua’s campaign in the social media space by–among other things–doing the #AskMarthaThurs online engagement campaign on Twitter. Below are photos from the launch.
