President Uhuru Kenyatta Unexpectedly Rides a Matatu to Town (Photos)
Today the president rode in a matatu and got to experience the ride that is accustomed to majority of Kenyans.
Of late, the president has been fond of pulling stunts that no other former presidents have ever done. This time round, the commander-in-chief opted to take a matatu ride to town instead of his usual limo ride.

Did he pay for his fare? That is the question most Kenyans will probably be asking by now. Well the president was only launching the cashless fare system.

Safaricom’s CEO Bob Collymore, Transport CS Michael Kamau and other ministry officials accompanied the president to KICC to launch the cashless fare system.

Kenyatta has continued to arouse public interest with his unexpected actions and one can’t stop but wonder what is next in the president’s list of surprises.
