Four years ago, America was going crazy over Obama and looked forward to him being their next President.

Maybe even more than Americans, Kenyans were also excited about it. It was obvious why the world would have been taken by an almost messiacal figure. But in Kenya, the obsession was maniacal. To the point that one of the country’s top performers did a song for him.

Well, not just a song to sing praises to Obama but it actually reworked the Lord’s Prayer. Some might have forgotten Obama Be Thy Name, a song that was controversial in Kenya and drew interest to the Ohanglaman in other parts of the world.
