Miss South Africa 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters is competing in the Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas.

I The dark-haired beauty has spent time bonding with the other contestants and exploring the party capital of the world.

The 22-year-old – who hails from Sedgefield – also posted several photos of herself in a yellow swimsuit on Instagram.

In the caption underneath a triple-photo show Miss Southafrica-leigh wrote:

“Everybody has their own strengths and weaknesses and it’s only when you accept everything you are and aren’t that you will truly succeed. Too many days are wasted comparing ourselves to others and wishing to be something we aren’t. You were created perfectly imperfect! Celebrate that today!”
