After a strange twar broke out between actress Pearl Thusi and rapper Cassper Nyovest on Thursday, it became clear by Friday morning that it was just a publicity stunt to promote his latest music video.<\/p>\n
Thusi confirmed it on Twitter, but said that she really had fallen off the horse.<\/p>\n

After Thusi posted photos of herself riding a horse and saying she had fallen off it at one point, on Thursday\u00a0Cassper apparently found the idea hilarious and told her that black women shouldn\u2019t even be trying to ride them.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat were you doing on a horse wena as a black woman?\u201d<\/p>\n
He advised her that certain things \u201cshould be left to white people\u201d.<\/p>\n
She was apparently unimpressed at Cassper\u2019s mockery and gave him a quick lesson in feminism: \u201cSo you believe black women should be limited? You\u2019re (sic) narrow minded self also doesn\u2019t know black people were riding horses on our continent for centuries?! And now as a black woman I must be confined to YOUR LIMITS. Nigga GTFOH.\u201d<\/p>\n
The abbreviation stands for \u201cGet the f**k outta here.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cassper hit back, asking her if her anger was because he\u2019d laughed at her for falling off the horse or because he\u2019d wondered what a black woman was doing on a horse in the first place.<\/p>\n
She told him to \u201cfree his mind\u201d and added that people shouldn\u2019t be telling others what they were capable of.<\/p>\n
However, it became clear that Thusi was on the horse for his\u00a0KsazobaLITi\u00a0music video, released on Freedom Day.<\/p>\n
In the video Cassper is wearing a farmer\u2019s outfit and dancing among the fields. He also drives an old tractor around, much to the apparent consternation of a big white farmer coming out of his farmhouse.<\/p>\n
A hip-hop dance crew does its moves in a field while there\u2019s even a cameo from choreographer and presenter star Somizi driving a big delivery truck.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s also more humour in the video, since the farmer starts to join in by dancing and joining a meal at the end of the video.<\/p>\n
The message of the song centres on black people reclaiming land.<\/p>\n
