Tshego has come out and opened up about his battle with depression. He used to seek validation through his music, but was left feeling empty many times.<\/p>\n

He returned to social media revealing he had stayed off because of depression.<\/p>\n

“I refuse to come on here and laugh and tweet to keep my engagement up when I honestly don\u2019t feel like that inside.”<\/p>\n

Tshego previously touched on his depression in a shoutout to Riky Rick last year\u201a telling the muso that he helped “save him”.<\/p>\n

“A few years back I was stuck in some deep depression – not trying to get out of bed\u201a not trying to work\u201a in tears for no reason. On top of that I was so involved in hard drugs I\u2019d be up four days straight. If it wasn\u2019t for a text Riky Rick sent to tell me to stop slacking and decide if I want to be successful or not\u201a I don\u2019t know if I\u2019d have started the journey to getting better\u201a” he wrote.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
