A screen-shot of Senator Wetangula lambasting a Kenyan on Twitter surfaced on the internet very recently.

And many giggled while others condemned what they thought was utter disrespect especially coming from such an esteemed member of society.

The person in question was said to have asked Senator Wetangula what happened to the money from Tokyo Embassy.
“In your mother’s account.” Wetangula had responded.

But as it turns out, the gleeful reaction to this screenshot was all in vain, as the good senator has distanced himself from the account. Apologizing to the twittersphere on behalf of the offennsive tweet.

Even after he distanced himself from the rude tweet, Kenyans wouldn’t let up, and once again asked him where the Tokyo Money was

And it would be interesting to see how he’ll respond.
