She Cranes beats Australia at the commonwealth Games

She Cranes have made a bold mark on their maiden appearance at the Commonwealth, Australia. After whitewashing Wales on 76-40 in our third game of Pool B, the girls overcame Scotland 57-37.

With the star command of team captain Peace Proscovia, the team led by slim margins 14-11 and 12-10 in the first and second quarters respectively.

In the third and final quarters they bravely accomplished task with broadened margins of 15-9 and 16-7 respectively.

However, the result was not enough to see Uganda through to the semifinals. They needed a 39 or 40 points margin win since England beat New Zealand 54-45 earlier.
