South African Rapper “K.O” Coming To Nairobi

South African hip hop artist of “Caracara” fame in Kenya this September (Thursday, 17thSept) at Ebony Lounge, Westlands.

Prolific Kenyan rapper King Kaka (Rabbit) is slated as K.O’s main supporting act in the event powered by WhatsGoodLive. DJ Taio will control the decks.

The multi award-winning Cashtime Life artist debut album Skhanda Republic is critically acclaimed, birthing hit singles like the 2014 release “Caracara” – the biggest South African hip hop song in recent history, also the first South African hip hop music video to surpass 1 Million YouTube views. Other recent K.O hits include “Son of a Gun”, “Skhanda Love”, “Mission Statement” and “Nobody But Me” featuring Tanzanian songbird Vanessa Mdee.

The coming together of K.O and Rabbit in Nairobi Rapsody this Sept 17th will be epic! Both rappers derive inspiration from their hoods Piet Retief (Mpumalanga, South Africa) and Kaloleni (Nairobi Eastlands, Kenya). They have found a balance between keeping it street and classy. On this evening, come traverse through a hip hop journey that will take you across countries.

K.O’s Rapsody showcase is part of his first Kenyan media tour managed by ANYIKO PR.
