Month-long fasting had taken its toll on the looks of Hassan Joho as the Mombasa governor spotted ‘not-so-attractive’ white beard during the holy month of Ramadan.

With Ramadan behind him, the Mombasa governor decided to dye his beard and his cool appearance made him look as if he had shed off 20 years.
