Tanzanian Songbird Lavishes Praise On Kenya’s Redsan. Find Out Why

Redsan has been making headlines in the recent past, from his infamous arrest to the latest collabo he did with Tanzanian singer Shaa. This, perhaps, and many more are the reasons why the Kenyan dancehall international singer has won the heart of the Tanzanian songbird.

Shaa, who recently released a captivating video in collaboration with Redsan, has given out her reasons why she chose Redsan over other Kenyan singers for a collabo.

As Tanzania’s all time to blog Bongo5 reports, Shaa was speaking to a local radio station and when asked why she chose Redsan for her new song, this is what she had to say:

“I wanted to do a collabo with the most respected artist in Kenya and that is Redsan. I thought of Nameless and Octopizzo who also have their respects but Redsan was the best”

Shaa strongly believes that Redsan is the most respected and famous musician in Kenya and when the opportunity to work with him came her way, she jumped to it first time.

She goes ahead to say:

“I have done 10 interviews and everybody is asking how I reached him since he is an international artist with a busy schedule but all credit goes to AY Unity Entertainment who came up with the deal. They flew to Kenya for video shooting and AY joined us and the directing was done by Enos Olik, a fast upcoming director in East Africa and Africa”

The singer also had sweet words for fellow Tanzanian singer AY, whom she says helped her reach Redsan with whom they have good working relationships.
