The beautiful TV host is on a rampage scooping any prestigious prize that comes her away.

Sarah Hassan best known as Tanya has hosted two popular TV shows, Wedding Show and Discovery 254, since she left her acting role on Citizen TV’s Tahidi High.

The lass put in all her effort to make sure her shows are fantastic and she has ultimately been rewarded for her input.

A month ago, Sarah Hassan and her co-host won best hosts in a TV show (Discovery 254) at Kalasha Award 2015.

And few days ago, the gorgeous host won East African journalist of the year at the Swahili Fashion Week 2015.
