Desperate times call for desperate measures and this is particularly true in the case of Mukhtar Ahmed a Nairobi based businessperson. Mr. Mukhtar Ahmed has been the victim of harassment and shady dealings that have seen him be forcefully evicted from his business premises.

He has also lost his investments in the form of the electronic products he was selling. His 35-year-old business has just been taken away from him and all avenues and attempts for justice seem to have come to naught. According Mr.Mukhtar, in just four days he has had a hellish experience at the hands of AP and goons which have resulted in him losing his business and top Nairobi police officials have not been helpful.

He thus resorted to his final attempt and bought a full page advertisement from a local daily and wrote a letter to the president outlining his present predicament. The president may not have responded to him by now but his letter caught the attention of the Inspector General who has now become involved thanks to that attention grabbing letter.
