Things You Missed:Miguna Miguna Sued A Top American Corporate For ‘His Peeling Back The Mask’ Book And Lost

Former aide to Raila Miguna Miguna has a penchant for suing. Whether it is individuals or corporate entities he does not discriminate as long as there is what he deems justifiable cause.

Known for his book ‘Peeling back the mask’ the author appears to have found another court battle this time in Canada against a giant corporate company Walmart Canada Corp, Walmart Stores Inc and Consortium Book Sales and Distribution LLC. He sued the parties alleging infringement and breaching of his copyright and intellectual property. Well, in a judgement delivered mid last month, the celebrated author lost out on all counts he had sued as the parties were found with no offence as regards to the breaching of his intellectual property by reproducing, releasing or distributing his work without his consent.
