Despite rumors that Kanyari’s Church had closed down things are continuing as they always do at the Salvation Healing Ministry.
His followers have not decamped yet and their faith in Kanyari’s prophecy seems stronger than ever. In fact, journalists who tried to accessing the premises were chased away by a crowd of youths who stood on the flight of stairs leading to fourth floor of the church.
One of the young men barked “These are journalists and should not be allowed in. Where are you going?”
The journalists who didn’t want harm coming their way had to dash off before things got thick. The youth were on their guard following Kanyari’s expose on Jicho Pevu that has put Kanyari on the ugly glare of the spotlight.
