Tony Montana versus Makmende: Who Would Win?

Months and even years later, Kenya’s and Just a Band’s Makmende can still be seen as a prolific figure not just on social media, but in conversation and across the globe for that matter.

Quite awhile after the Makmende video went viral on Kenyan social networks, and proving to the world of the might of Kenyans on Twitter (KOT), it seems the international effect and influence is still there.

Nigerian musician Naeto C’s latest single is titled ‘Bad Pass: Tony Montana’ a song loosely based on the characters of ‘bad a**’ heros such as Makmende and Tony Montana himself.

Tony Montana is a fictional character and the main character of the 1983 film ‘ScarFace’ which was made massively popular by the man who played it: Al Pacino.
