\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kwa zamani kidogo ilizoeleka uvutaji wa sigara ni kwa watu wazima lakini sasa hivi hadi vijana wengi wamekuwa wakijiingiza katika uvutaji wa sigara,tendo\u00a0 hili ufanya kugandamana kwa ubongo na kuleta ugonjwa unaojulikana kama<strong> Alzheimer<\/strong>.Madaktari wanasema kuwa chembe za moshi zinazohathiri mapafu,huaribu mishipa midogomidogo ya kumbukumbu pia.Hivyo kumfanya mtu kuwa na uwezo mdogo wa kukumbuka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Kuwa na Hasira Kwa Muda Mwingi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a
