Kato Lubwama- There’s no need to consult

Rubaga south MP Kato Lubwama has rubbished the idea of holding rallies to consult his constituency on their view on the Age limit amendment.

He insists that even before voting him into power, the people of Rubaga south had already rejected the idea so he sees no sense in holding rallies to consult.

The Bill was moved by Igara West MP, Raphael Magyezi is currently before the parliamentary legal community for scrutiny.

It moves a motion for the Amendment of article 102(b) to allow candidates above 75 years of age to stand for presidency.
