Jennifer Musisi Speaks Out on KCCA Budget cuts

In the ongoing media owners breakfast meeting at Golden Tulip Hotel in Kampala, Kampala City Council Authority Director, Jeniffer Musisi revealed that the achieved objectives in her tenure are due to trust in the institution despite various challenges like getting a low budget allocation from government

“KCCA is now a credible and trusted institution by local and foreign funders. All these are because the institution is trusted. KCCA is the second most procurement compliant institution in Uganda,” Jenniffer Musisi said.

According to Musisi, during her seven years in office, KCCA has increased its asset value from Shs45bn to Shs549bn. And this was achieved by recovering many assets that had fallen in the hands of grabbers and thieves.

Furthermore she revealed that the annual Kampala City festival will be launched tomorrow and the theme of raising  money for schools will still stand.

The Death Of David Ntege. RIP

Love can build or destroy someone, and we have tragic news reaching us that a man, Davis Ntege has passed away due to betrayal from his woman.

David was an employee of KCCA Uganda, and many say he was a calm young man. He chose the one woman he believed will help him conquer an empire with, and apparently, she instead killed him.

It is said that just like any other couples in love, David tied the note with his wife in a beautiful white wedding, and the two exchanged vows as is required by God, the Church and the various witnesses.  He went the entire mile to give this woman the best on her special day.  The wife then requested to travel to the United States of America, for further studies, to which her husband agreed. Various sources are reporting that this young man found his wife in town, pregnant and he collapsed, and died just after he was rushed to Nsambya hospital.

Blizz Uganda has something different to say. It reports that after David’s wife returned from the United States in July 2017, she was living with her husband.

David got a blood clot in the head but thought it was a toothache or an ear infection which turned out not to be true and while he was showering one morning, he got a splitting headache. He drove himself to Nsambya hospital checked himself in and it was then that they realized the blood clot had burst and he went into a comma.

On Sunday 1st October he passed on, and a service was held at Church of Uganda on 2nd. He will be buried today in Buyenda. Regardless of how he passed on, let us know that he is with the angels. May his soul rest in peace.
