These followed injuries she attained in the past, during a scuffle in the Parliament. She was later taken to India for medical treatment. The Uganda human Rights Commission has requested for the MP to be released. This was in a letter dated June 21st 2018, copied to the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cShe has been derived of her privacy, as a patient due to the constant interference by police officers with her treatment regime.
