Following the events of the last Arua campaign for the MP seat, Member of Parliament for Kyadondo East, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi wine was arrested together with various other colleagues and MPS. The above said were to be charged with offenses of insighting violence and treason. News coming to our desks now suggest that he \u00a0been beaten up beyond recognition.<\/p>\n

The team that went to meet Bobi WINE did not manage to see him<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“Hon. Bobi Wine is badly brutalised, he could not understand the proceedings in the court martial, he couldn\u2019t speak, he couldn\u2019t see, I doubt he could even hear. He has 2 wounds 1 on the left ear, and the other one on the back of his head. He can\u2019t stand, he can\u2019t sit. I think the situation is bad he needs prayers. He has been remanded to Makindye military barracks” said Hon Medard Lubega Sseggona, Busiro MP, and part of Bobi legal team on an interview with NBS.<\/p>\n

The said MP was to appear in Gulu Court for trial, but the team in his defence waited in vain. Until now, the family of the celebrated people power head has also not been let to see him. Lets pray for our MP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
