There are stars and change makers in the world that are worth meeting.\u00a0 Rwandan president, Paul Kagame can celebrate having met celebrity, Ellen DeGeneres during her trip to Rwanda. The trip was part of her work with the Ellen DeGeneres Wildlife Fund, which was a gift from her wife, Portia De Rossi, on her birthday. On her show, Ellen, she told her fans and millions of other people watching, both online and TV, how exciting the experience was.<\/p>\n

She talked about the Giraffe Manor Hotel in Kenya, where they stopped, and how close the Giraffe’s were. She then talked about her trip to Rwanda.<\/p>\n

“It is hard to describe how amazing my experience was. If you get a chance to go to Rwanda, I urge you. The city is amazing, the people are amazing, and everyone said when you see the Gorillas, they are very close, and they were right……”<\/em><\/p>\n

This is more publicity created for our two neighboring countries. Rwanda has just recently signed a Tourism deal with Arsenal, and is now a dream destination to many. With the economies of location, Uganda may benefit from this too.<\/p>\n
