For the past few years, a biblical sort of exodus has been happening at NTV. Latest to leave is Maurice Mugisha, who has been made deputy MD at UBC.<\/p>\n

UBC where he is going seeks to grow its appeal. The station has been going through various changes over the past couple of years. The entry of Mugisha with his experience and knowledge, UBC, might improve its content and national appeal.<\/p>\n

Mugisha has been credited by many for mentoring young reporters, and anchors at Nation media.<\/p>\n
