Add flavor with lemon or honey before drinking.<\/p>\n<p>Apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p>Add one to two teaspoons of raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and drink for fast relief<\/p>\n<p>Lemon.<\/p>\n<p>Mix a tablespoon of lemon juice in hot or warm water and drink a few minutes before eating.<\/p>\n<p>Peppermint Tea<\/p>\n<p>Peppermint tea bags can be bought in any supermarket.
