Kansiime Anne must be the first entertainer to openly speak on the recent proposed rules to govern entertainers in Uganda.<\/p>\n

Government has come out to release a set of rules that may become laws covering practices of entertainers in the country including getting a license to perform,\u00a0 taking drug tests, official passes to be able to perform abroad among others.<\/p>\n

Some artistes have grumbled on the underground about how the government has not helped them in building the industry but wants to make money off it now.<\/p>\n
