Simon Mugisha is a 2013 graduate from Uganda Christian University with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication.<\/p>\n

He is a humble and down to earth guy, and says his character was shaped in the seminary \u00a0institution in which he studied. In an interview with the daily monotor, Simon, a news anchor and field journalist at UBC Uganda, \u00a0mentions Bbale Francis as his inspiration, and expresses his gratitude for having been taught by him<\/p>\n

Simon, just a few days back, scored himself an award at the Nile Media Awards 2017 at Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, Kigali – Rwanda.This award, with this year’s theme, ” cooperation in the Nile Basin is set with an initiative to reward exlary and excellent reporting of Nile Cooperation and issues affecting the River Nile Basin.<\/p>\n

Simon emerged successful in the television category of reporting. He wrote on his facebook;<\/p>\n
