{"id":2414,"date":"2017-11-15T10:54:15","date_gmt":"2017-11-15T07:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.com\/ug\/?p=2414"},"modified":"2017-11-15T10:54:15","modified_gmt":"2017-11-15T07:54:15","slug":"hamisa-mobetto-loses-case-diamond","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ug\/hamisa-mobetto-loses-case-diamond\/","title":{"rendered":"Hamisa Mobetto loses child support case against Diamond platnumz"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post-body-in\">\n<div id=\"content-area\" class=\"left relative\">\n<div class=\"content-area-cont left relative\">\n<div class=\"sec-marg-out relative\">\n<div class=\"sec-marg-in\">\n<div class=\"content-area-out\">\n<div class=\"content-area-in\">\n<div class=\"content-main left relative\">\n<div id=\"tps_slideContainer_21328\" class=\"theiaPostSlider_slides\">\n<div>\n<p>Hamisa Mobetto has lost her case against Diamond Platinumz, her baby daddy, claiming child neglect.<\/p>\n<p>The case has been thrown out by the Children\u2019s\u2019 Court in Dar es Salaam.<\/p>\n<p>Mobetto was demanding a monthly upkeep of TShs230,000 for the son she had with him after an affair.<\/p>\n<p>Diamond, confessed to the affair on Tanzania&#8217;s cloud FM amid an uproar among Zari Fans.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sqoop.co.ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/diamond.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-21330\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sqoop.co.ug\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/diamond.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"688\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On Friday, the Resident Magistrate Devotha Kisoka dismissed the case sighting insufficient evidence to support the child neglect case.<\/p>\n<p>When presented to the Magistrate,\u00a0 Diamond, through his lawyers, objected the case.<\/p>\n<p>They argued that Hamisa had filed the case using the wrong Child\u2019s Act prescription.<\/p>\n<p>Diamond also argued that he has been supporting his son adequately and that the amount Hamisa was asking is way above what he could afford.<\/p>\n<p>With the case dismissed, it implies that Hamisa will have to again re-organise her case and maybe file the charges afresh.<\/p>\n<p>By the look of things however, Hamisa Mobetto may have to work three times harder to get to Diamond.<\/p>\n<p>This is because he recently reunited with Zari, His &#8220;wife&#8221; with whom he has two children, business and a home.<\/p>\n<p>We shall keep you posted on this story.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hamisa Mobetto has lost her case against Diamond Platinumz, her baby daddy, claiming child neglect.
