{"id":4404,"date":"2018-01-10T10:03:06","date_gmt":"2018-01-10T07:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.com\/ug\/?p=4404"},"modified":"2018-01-10T10:03:06","modified_gmt":"2018-01-10T07:03:06","slug":"socialite-brian-white-released-10m-bail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ug\/socialite-brian-white-released-10m-bail\/","title":{"rendered":"Socialite Brian white released on 10m bail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Makindye Chief Magistrate Erias Kakooza has released socialite Brian White and Corporal Thomas Okot on a 10m cash bail.<\/p>\n<p>The two appeared before the Makindye Chief Magistrate\u2019s Court on December 21st 2017 and were charged with attempted murder of Victor Bitwire, White\u2019s neighbor in Buziga, Kampala.<\/p>\n<h4>The case<\/h4>\n<p>Court heard that on December 13th, 32 year old Kirumira alongside Corporal Okot, 28 attempted to kill Bitwire by shooting.<br \/>\nThe victim who has since been discharged from the hospital after spending at least a week in the ICU.<\/p>\n<p>It is alleged, that on the fateful night, while at Kirumira\u2019s gate in Munyonyo-Buziga, the gentlemen got into an argument after White accused Bitwire of following him around.<\/p>\n<p>Several people who had tasted White\u2019s money, including comedian Mariachi and struggling singer Big Eye were at to show support to a man that has on several occasions been seen sharing money with them.<\/p>\n<p>Other artistes like struggling singer \u00a0DJ micheal of &#8220;Muko muko&#8221; fame made praise songs for him hoping for some of his money when he leaves.<\/p>\n<p>They return to court on 30th Jan for mention of case.<\/p>\n<p>We will keep you posted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Makindye Chief Magistrate Erias Kakooza has released socialite Brian White and Corporal Thomas Okot on a 10m cash bail.
