Case hospital in a bid to clear it’s current bad reputation has decided to refund\u00a0 unused funds of Radio’s treatment. As we saw, the amount of money given towards the treatment by wellwishers was a lot.<\/p>\n
The hospital released a statement earlier today that reads as follows.<\/p>\n
\u201cMoze Radio was admitted to Case Hospital having been referred from Nsambya Hospital after he suffered major injuries to his head while in Entebbe.An emergency surgery was performed and patient was admitted to Intensive Care Unit where he was being managed until he passed away on Thursday, 1st February at 7:00am. We thank all members of his family, friends, well-wishers and his Excellency the President of Uganda Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Bryan White both of whom contributed significantly to Moses Ssekibogo\u2019s hospital bills. THE MANAGEMENT OF CASE HOSPITAL WILL PASS ON ALL UNUSED FUNDS BACK TO THE LATE\u2019S IMMEDIATE FAMILY. Prayers and fond memories are what we remain with to remember our dearly departed\u201d<\/p>\n
Although this was a good gesture, there’s still a lot more to be done in Uganda’s health care.<\/p>\n
