Hon Betty Nambooze attempts to remove MP Abiriga’s cap on live TV<\/strong>. On Thursday, Betty Nambooze, Mukono municipality MP walked passed Abiriga and slightly lifted his cap as he was being interviewed by NTV Uganda. She then stomped away hurriedly into parliament in her red track suit, which she wore under the demonstration; :If the constitution can be changed, even she can change her dress code”.<\/p>\n
